Tuesday marks the first day of February, which means a new Special Category is in order. I know there's supposed to be a poll, but the month is quickly coming to a close and there's no time for a poll. I'll only pick just this once, promise. So...for the entire month of February, you will be able to nominate icons for the Best Winter category. Winter is beginning to die down, but it shouldn't stop everyone from making snowy/warm/wintery icons.
