we're buying a house!!
last week we made an offer on a house and today we found out it was accepted!! yay!!! it's just up the street from the house we are renting right now. Gray will stay in the same school which really was my only criteria. It's in a great neighborhood, we really lucked out. We actually put an offer on this house once before that was rejected so we decided to wait a couple weeks and just as we decided to put another offer on they dropped the price! score! so, it's a foreclosure and it DOES need some work, but we've had it looked at and it's all pretty minor, mostly drywall. it's going to be awesome! we are staying in San Antonio, we have decided this is home. Do you want to see pictures of our house? i know you do. Remember, this is a foreclosure and has been vacant for a year you will see there are bugs, but all the ones we saw were dead. Orkin will be called before we move in. I'm warning you because there are some visable bugs in the pictures. We are set to close on December 1st, I'm giving a month for repairs and painting and hopefully move in around New Years. So EXCITED!!!!
