my 1st Birthday PARTy's coming up. Mom just spent 45 dollars on party tinsel, pink streamer, feather birthday hats & balloons.
Mom's so down bc of a job she passed-up for me (scheduled for last friday/yesterday) while we were on vacation in Florida. She got the call on tuesday, & said after she had a minute to think about it - she should've just said yes & taken an earlier flight home to make it. My manager acted like it was no big deal - that there'd be other jobs & I'm young... but mom & I know otherwise. I NEVER got booked for a movie, & we won't hold our breath for the next call. & I'm at prime cuteness right now in terms of personality - there's not another baby so animated & speaky & social - so a movie, even as a cameo part would've been sooo cool. Then mom was bored for the rest of the days we were there anyhow so she really beat herself up for not thinking fast enough... we were all burned-out from beach going so there wasn't much to do after that.
