The management never asked you to eat feces. you agree to it by clicking on the lj cut, of course in the same instance you've also agreed that you haven't read thta lkist and therefore don't remember that you agreed to eating feces

True... but I feel the "if you click the cut" clause is flawed. Human beings are, by nature, curious and thus will click any random cut that tempts their curiousity. It was not the management but the flawed nature of the lease.
