I mostly agree with chemchick. I replied to your other post, so I haven't much to add here, but I will reiterate that the posts here have not been degrading, indecent or anything of the sort. This is a community for people who can take pride in who and what we are. If a few pictures embarrass you so much, that is not our problem.

However, I will also say that I do not think that one should be banned for voicing one's opinion. To paraphrase Voltaire (I think), although I do not agree with what you said, I do think that you have every right to say it.

The entry was made in the context of an observation, and many users have agreed with me. It was an observation that the community became only pictures, and I wasnt to happy about it. I do have the right to voice my opinion. I also do have the right to recieve criticism, not be banned or bashed. If it offended anyone, im making a public appology for that too.

actually, if you want to look at the community from an "objective" point of view, not all thoe posts were or have been pictures since then.

if you have your right to voice your opinion, then i most certainly have the right to voice my opinion about your opinion.

you're making an apology? you come back with the lj username "thn_sucks," saying, "we're all being immature..." is that your form of apology? (i'm not trying to make this sound like some huge crime. i just think that you're a little ironic, is all.)

i never said people dont have a right to an opinion about my opinion. i came back with that screen name because i was banned and was unaware because no one contacted me, that i would be gaining my other screen name back. i didnt really believe that i would be unbanned, henceforth the name. i guess that i am wrong on that account, and i do see that my statements could have offended someone, however there are only 2 people that particulat statement seems to have offended.

you never said people don't have a right to an opinion about your opinion, but... well, it seems like you reacted really negatively to some of us who dared to disagree with you, regardless of whether we were the ones who banned you or not (and i don't think that banning is on the same level as disagreeing, even when it's justified).

also, there were DEFINITELY more than two people who were "offended" by your first post.
