The dreams of angels are a most peculiar occurance. We do not sleep, so we do not dream involuntarily as you do. Rather, it is an event we must pursue, actively drawing upon the connection between ourselves, our brethren, and our Father. It is more a method of guidance and meditation for us than it is a phenomenon of the memory and unconscious mind.
Still, this does not mean that our dreams are any less confusing or difficult to understand. They can be visions of the future, distant wishes brouht to fruition only in our minds, memories of long ago returned to serve as a lesson. It is nearly impossible to predict which form shall visit us when we close our eyes, and sometimes they come not at all despite our truest efforts. But when they do, it is truly a sight to behold.
I'll never forget the first dream I had. It was by pure luck that I came upon it; the content itself is nothing particularly worthy. But what I saw was unlike anything I had experienced before.
You see, we dream in color. To you this is nothing spectacular, for your world exists in it. I exist as black and white, shaded by shifting hue of the Divine Light that comes from within. This is how I have seen my kin and Paradise since before Time was created. But to dream in color is something fantastic, to look upon my skin and see pinks, yellows, and browns layered upon each other in the subtlest ways. Though I can look upon Creation and see its wondrous palette, it is nothing in comparison to seeing myself so.
