So Vivian wakes me with an elaborate plan to go test drive a Tiburon in Orlando (Sanford, actually). The plan gets more elaborate as more cars and my parents are brought into the equation. In the end, we embark, drive to LockMart, rescue my father from work, try and fail to stop and see most of the cars we were aiming to see, and wind up seeing

It does. Does the pedal return on it's own?

Nope. The clutch cable was high up on the list of culprits, but it turned out to be the slave cylinder, as evidenced by the brake fluid leak that I suspected but could not prove.

At least, that's what they're replacing tomorrow. *Hopefully* it will run at that point.
