today is my 2 year anniversary of knowing sean and lisa, (im really bad with names and stuff, but can remember dates) text them both but lisas ill apparently, sean came up after his work for an hour or so, just had general catch up chat, then went to gym. and the godess that is gail ramage was there, so as per i over done it a bit, too heavy a weight etc... haha. pretty positive she didnt even notice i was there anyway! ouch well
