My shoulder is fucked, my head feels like Bud Dwyer's before the ambulance got there haha, and I'm coughing shit up that I cant even look at.. but other than that I'M GREAT!
I FUCKING HATE CHRISTMAS MUSIC... I havent been able to box in the last 3 weeks, my trainer is kicking my ass, I can't move my arm, and I feel like im dying, on the inside
