Francois Arnaud (J'ai tué ma mère) has been cast in the upcoming Showtime period drama about Rodrigo Borgia (Jeremy Irons), "the cunning, manipulative patriarch of the Borgia family who ascends to the highest circles of power within Renaissance-era Italy." Arnaud will play Rodrigo's "dashingly handsome" son, Cesare. (
