Harry's review of 'Fast and Furious'.

Aint It Cool News:
'This is very nearly a better film than the first - the parts that rule here, are the best parts of the series. The best thing that could have happened in this film - would have been has Sung Kang's Han had been the other MAIN character of the film - working with Toretto to exact his revenge. Alas - we get just the slightest glimpse of that awesome pairing.'

I haven't seen Fast and Furious yet (although I intend to), but I'm pretty sure I'll agree with Harry on his comment about Sung Kang (if nothing else) when I do see it. Han from the third FatF movie, if you weren't aware of this, is my favourite character from the franchise - and possibly, now that I think about it, one of my favourite film characters ever. I certainly rewatch Tokyo Drift enough times. I can't believe Justin Lin brought Han back from the dead (in a prequel) only to underuse him so criminally.

Trivia: Sung Kang has played the character of Han, an Asian American racer and criminal, in three separate films by director Justin Lin. In chronological order they are Better Luck Tomorrow, Fast and Furious, and Tokyo Drift.
