Too long, too specific to be a dream. OMG COULD THIS BE KYLE AND PRESENT!SARAH FOR REAL? But then why the dark, desolate landscape? Their dialogue gives it a slightly fable-like mood. It can't be flashback because Kyle mentions Derek and Sarah never knew about Derek before he turned up in the future.
Jackson and Heady are acting the hell out of that scene. *melts*
Way to go with The Bourne Supremacy score for the prelim music track, too. So much emotion in that soundtrack, although I'm sure Bear will come up with something to equal it.
