The thing about Arthur Petrelli.
I really wanted to like him, but now I don't think I can. I think I'm through with the entire show, quite frankly. In less than ten minutes of screentime, Arthur Petrelli has waltzed in and basically TAKEN OVER Takezo Kensei/Adam Monroe. He's gone and STAKED Adam, y'all. You know that's what it looks like. He made all those hundreds of years come back in a flash, and Adam turned into ashes right then and there. It was SICK.
And the worst thing: back when we all knew very little about the character David Anders had signed on to play, I wrote a version of Takezo Kensei with JUST THAT POWER. The power to steal someone's abilities permanently from them (unlike Peter) and without killing them (unlike Sylar). My Kensei, the psychic vampire.
And now Arthur Petrelli comes in, having known about Adam's healing ability for decades, and he decides NOW is the time to take that ability and kill Adam? Really? This is too much.
