I've seen Iron Man! And it was BLOODY GOOD! (The guys outnumbered the girls about 8-to-1 in the session I was in, though. That was weird. Why are girls not flocking to see RDJ? Here he is on Letterman.) What I didn't see though was the Samuel L. Jackson cameo which was supposedly in the film. io9 has a cam-version of it. (There's apparently also a scene after the credits, which I didn't get to see either.) I also agree with them completely that Iron Man is more a cyborg movie than a superhero movie. Can you imagine what would happen if he should ever meet John Connor? I think the crossover needs to be written where Connor is the other prisoner who helps Tony escape from the warlord's compound.

Teaser trailer and stills for Matthieu Kassovitz's long-delayed dystopian sci-fi Babylon A.D., starring Vin Diesel, Michelle Yeoh, Mélanie Thierry, Charlotte Rampling, Gerard Depardieu, Lambert Wilson and Mark Strong. The film is based on the novel 'Babylon Babies' by French author Georges Dantec. Veteran-turned-mercenary Thoorop (Diesel) takes the high-risk job of escorting a woman from Russia to China. Little does he know that she is host to an organism that a cult wants to harvest in order to produce a genetically modified Messiah. Posters are up at Babylon A.D. Trailer. [imdb]

Trailer for the new Brideshead Revisited film directed by Julian Jarrold (Becoming Jane). It stars Ben Whishaw, Hayley Atwell, Matthew Goode, Emma Thompson, Michael Gambon, Felicity Jones and Greta Scacchi. The footage looks splendid, but I don't like the way the trailer is cut at all, or the music, which give the impression that Brideshead is a melodramatic thriller. [imdb]

Trailer for M. Night Shyamalan's The Happening. It stars Mark Wahlberg, Zooey Deschanel, John Leguizamo, Betty Buckley, Spencer Breslin and Ashlyn Sanchez. [imdb]

Comedian Demetri Martin (The Daily Show) has been cast as the lead in Ang Lee's next film, Taking Woodstock. Based on the memoir of Elliot Tiber, Taking Woodstock centers on the colorful life of a Greenwich Village-based interior designer and part-time Catskills hotel manager who headed the Bethel, N.Y., Chamber of Commerce. He issued the permit for the legendary 1969 concert on his neighbor Max Yasgur's farm. (JoBlo, Yahoo!)

Cinematical has posted the first official cast picture from Twilight. Could they have not Photoshopped it to death? Literally.
