Skipping tutorials on Wednesday to see a matinee of Tim Supple's version of A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Sydney Theatre. The multilingual production is performed in English, Tamil, Malayalan, Sinhalese, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi and Sanskrit, by a cast from across India and Sri Lanka. If anyone's in the vicinity, you'll see me at the upstairs bar nursing a chardonnay.

A remake of the 1975 film, the story concerns a brother and sister, each of whom possess paranormal powers, trying to elude capture by a group of men who want to exploit them. Alexander Ludwig (The Seeker: The Dark is Rising) and AnnaSophia Robb (Bridge to Terabithia) play the psychic siblings.
