OutNow has the first hi-res stills from Becoming Jane, starring Anne Hathaway as Jane Austen, and James McAvoy. I have to say, I saw the trailer for this today when I was seeing Perfume at the cinema, and while it's still cringe-worthy hearing the Little Women score set to such terrible chick-lit voiceover, you can bet I'll be in the front of the line to see McAvoy on the big-screen in Regency garb. I'm still not sure exactly what The Last Mimzy is about after seeing its
trailer, but E.T. this is not. It looks way cooler. Timothy Hutton, Joely Richardson play the parents in this time-bending family adventure about two siblings who after discovering a mysterious box that contains some strange devices they think are toys, begin to develop extraordinary mental abilities. It is based on the sci-fi short story "Mimsy Were The Borogroves" by Lewis Badgett. The film will be released March 27, 2007. [
