Wow. Really great, heart thumping action. This was particularly effective:

The chase lasts five corners and less than three minutes, but in Tony’s head it melts into slow motion and stretches, three minutes, three hours, three hundred nights spent running down leads instead of going home to sleep. It’s been ten months, and Tony still finds himself rubbing his face as if the skin was getting itchy from flecks of drying blood.

Poor Tony. And how much do I love Gibbs in this? *happysigh*

Wonderful writing. I could feel the rush, the need to move, and I do have the song, and it matches beautifully. It really does, increasing that sense of urgency. Wonderfull indeed.

Oh, wow. This was amazing! It's a lovely, if dark, scene with these two characters, and something I could definitely see happening on the show.

Yeah, I love it too. There's something heart-warming about the "we might or might not be shagging like bunnies, but I'd die for you any day of the week anyway" vibe. See? Heart-warming, wholesome fun for the whole family. ;)
