Just a quick advice/preference
when working as late as I am now, learn to drink tea.
Personally I recommend:
Silver Rose (Earl Gray)
Karkadhe (Egyptian flower tea)with sugar
If I drank coffee (Which I don't like) to these extents, my liver would be gone by now.
