I really need to get myself accustomed to the shitty LJ default layout and the lack of icons.
Saturday I went out with K to a restaurant I'd been wanting to try. LivingSocial had a deal on it that I needed to use before the end of the month, and I didn't really feel like going alone. We ended up walking around downtown Whittier after that and went clothes shopping. We might have gone comic book shopping too, but Geeks didn't have a single volume of Fables.
Also before I got there I pulled something in my back. I'm a bit peeved about that.
Today aznramaster and I had lunch at Panera, then boba at Half&Half, then watched basketball at his house. I hate Panera. There is never any seating there and people are totally inconsiderate of the fact that there is just not enough space. It was cold outside and my back was already stiff. Then they couldn't find us to deliver our orders because we were sitting at this tiny little table that didn't have one of those receiver areas for the wireless notifier things. I didn't intend to be mean to our waitress, but when she said, "Oh! That's why we couldn't find you! Your table should have one of those circle things!" I had no idea what the hell she was talking about and said so. She pointed at one of the other tables, and I said, "Oh, wow, I'm sorry. There's just absolutely no tables left right now." She apologized, and I felt a little bad, but I was cold, my soup was rapidly cooling, and I was uncomfortable.
My brackets are still failing. Oh well.
