collateral wind damage
So last night was SUPER WEIRD AND TRIPPY AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DESCRIBE IT.
Class was okay. Then after class darks_nightsky and I went to the mall. WHERE I HAD TOTALLY INTENDED TO FIND THIS, BUY IT WITH MY DISCOUNT, AND SKEDADDLE.
BUT NO.
ARGH. WHY AM I NOT A MORE COMMON 34C.
It took me like another 45 minutes to settle on this one instead. *huffs*
Then we went to See's and spent like 15 minutes picking out candy. lmao. Why is it so hard to do things. And we perused the Disney store. They have things I want, okay.
SO THIS WHOLE TIME my phone is like, flipping out. It may have gotten wet and therefore started to not work. Typing weird stuff, not letting me type, etc. Finally, the two of us ended up at Denny's to find something to eat and Wifi (which, as it turns out, doesn't work), and my phone just refuses to turn off - like, gets stuck in this weird endless loop of turning off and then turning on and then turning off over and over and over. I told you, trippy.
Denny's was weird. I can't imagine that Denny's is NOT weird after about 9. I saw 4 kids wearing suits and pegged them as Gov Team kids, even though Chambers is on Mondays not Wednesdays, and it turns out they were MOCK TRIAL. WTF. MOCK TRIAL. WHAT IS THAT AT ARCADIA.
Also there was really strong wind outside.
Emlee and I sat in my car sorting our chocolate - breaking them open, biting them, sniffing them - and then I went home in the wind.
ONLY TO COME HOME AND HAVE THE POWER GO OUT.
WHAT.
And then when I woke up this morning everything was okay. INCLUDING MY PHONE.
