(no subject)
Yesterday was sad.
Actually it started out great with a massage that actually dealt with the problems in my feet I had in Boston and the insane pain in my arm from Monday.
The Japanese exam (the JLPTN1 exam from some years ago) was hard (predictably), but I also found myself way too distracted and uncaring to try very hard. I read all the passages and got a pretty accurate idea of what it was about, but then stared at the questions wondering what the hell all the words meant and not in the mood to think about it. Boo.
BUT NOW I AM DONE WITH JAPANESE YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY
Had lunch at Grace's and then came home. I had wanted to go see a movie but ended up chatting with Karla, Yan, and Dana.
Puttered around, cleaning, reading, making dinner, working on cover letters and job hunting. I did a little bit of studying after Glee too. Last night's episode was actually legitimately good - ... at least, in comparison with the last two weeks.
Jordan sent me an internship listing that I need to apply for like, now. It's due by the 13th and I need 2 letters of recommendation. Pay is good, but I'd have to live in DC and it starts on the 31st. What kind of scheduling is that?!
