doo doo doooooo
Today was a day of useless uselessness. I started early for work, drove over an hour to the site, and then spent a quiet 4+ hours watching high school students take a test. I got some reading done - started rereading Naomi, answered the two pre-viewing drama questions on the Japanese homework, read a little bit from 闇の守り人, read the introduction from Beyond the Pleasure Principle, played about an hour of Pokemon, and knitted a couple rows (~320 stitch rows).
(Speaking of which: tomorrow morning/afternoon, circular knitting needles.)
Met Bonnie and her new roommate for lunch on 9th Street after I dropped off the tests, then came home and passed out for the rest of the afternoon. I woke up in time to do some dishes and make dinner before dealing with some tags... which, now that I'm a little more emotionally stable, did not go down as hard as they would have yesterday. (At some points I thought I was going to have to respond with: "I am emotionally incapable of replying in a reasonable way, please try again later.")
Then I watched most of the Duke-VA Tech game and IT WAS FAIL. SO MUCH FAIL. GDIT.
And now it's bedtime. Still very tired, so I'm contemplating sleeping on the couch versus going all the way to bed, which is also far away from the television.
I want to shower because, you know, warm water is awesome, but I'm also sleepy so I don't think that it would be a good idea.
