"Wait, is that girl going too?"

Late Sunday night Alex called and told me about dim sum on Monday; Monday morning Kevin and I had to take care of some stuff at the house, which resulted in us leaving at around 11. Because of the rain, I drove more carefully so we didn't get to Arcadia until 11:30-ish, and I dropped him off at Tina's.

Ed's sister gave me a ride to New Capital (which is NOT on San Gabriel, for the last time), and we made it late :D They didn't get seated until Ed and his sister and I were on Las Tunas and Baldwin anyway :P

Jonathan and Elton and Jeff and Jeff's cousin (okay, is THAT who that was?), Ed's sister, Ed, Alex, and Ivan were all there! Trees was missing ): On his birthday too! He was down in San Diego, so at some point Ivan called him and we passed the phone around the table. :D

Oh, and, there... was food :O Lots of food! Lots of tasty tasty tasty-ness!

But no egg tarts ;_____; Apparently egg tarts were like, the first thing they got, and Jonathan got TWO of them. D:

After dim sum (because there is always an after dim sum) we went to the frozen yogurt place, and then to Tapioca Express for the people that didn't want yogurt. During which time Ed and Ivan and Jeff tried to figure out when they graduate ("A... Saturday? In May?" "May 23." "At 8:30 in the morning?!") and I can make it to Alex's graduation if I can find a flight to Atlanta -_____- And Jonathan's too, if I can get from New York to Berkeley overnight :D All assuming I don't go off on a trip to London right after my graduation.

I needed a ride back to the studio, so Ivan took me to pick up Kevin and then dropped us off at the studio. Oddly enough, everyone except Elton and Jonathan was intending to end up at the mall o_O Oh the mall, and the central role it plays in Arcadia Christmases.

Kevin and I went to the mall to buy his Red Cross gift; we stood in line at Forever 21 forever. Ugh. I hate that store when it's busy. I hate most stores when they're busy, but some of them at least have this pretense of order. After the shopping, I made Kevin eat something at the studio then took him to Vivy's house for Chambers.

Actually, they were at Christine's house, so I had to take him there too :D

Went back to the studio to have a quick dinner-ish with my parents while they got ready for Chambers, then we all went to Chambers! Yay!

Chambers is long. I remember it being long when I did it, but it just... is long. o_o Really long. The only units I really paid attention to were my brother's and Unit 6 because they said two things that made me perk up and listen: "Essentially, most young people are consuming media with no political content" which I passionately disagree with (hello, Daily Show? Saturday Night Live?) and also that young people are not "mature" enough to run for office, yet high school students who have taken civics are "more knowledgeable" than a lot of older people so they should be allowed to vote.

After Chambers I hung out talking to Miriam, who was there to support Sabrina, and then Szuwei, because OMGILOVESZUTREES.

There was some Final Fantasy after that, and then I drove us home. :D
