The monster on the list is my thesis chapter... of which I have 2 pointless paragraphs. D:

So yesterday... I woke up, worked on my ecology paper, and went to grab breakfast. They had canned mandarin oranges! I love those things so much, it's kind of gross. But anyway, I ended up not eating breakfast, as I was so excited about actually finishing my ecology paper by noon.

Once the ecology paper was finished, Katie and I went to the Sagehen Cafe for lunch. My salad was pretty fantastic, and Katie's soup made me happy inside. After lunch I went to meet with Professor McWilliams, who was very supportive and yay about my introduction! I have been instructed to not worry about that chapter for a bit, until I finish this one, at least.

She also assured me that I would be okay during winter break, and that it was okay that I finished something early and the world was not falling apart. Hahaha. Wow. I can totally believe I was freaking out about that.

After that I hopped over to SCC and went up to the AARC with Dayne so I could have my talk with a staff member; Karin was the only one in, so we talked. Then we went off on a tangent at the end about my emotional issues... which was fun, kind of :D

And then I came back to my room to work through the list of stuff that I needed to do. At night I called my mommy to ask about when I could come back from Durham, and she asked how my fish was. At the time, he was swimming around in his bowl, so I told her that he was alive. About ten minutes later, he was dead.

RIP fishy/Earl/Waldo/Shuucream/Max/anthropomorphic fishy. You were the most awesome fish I have ever owned ):

I'm not sure when I'm going to get a new one. It's kind of lonely without someone to talk to all the time. Katie and I were going to go out today to get one, but I think I should at least give it a day so I can clean out the tank and make water and stuff. Plus my dad thought maybe I should wait until next semester after I've been away to the east coast. Blah. I don't know if I want to wait that long...

Anyway. This thesis chapter isn't going to write itself (sadly).
