today was the seccond day of trackk, well my first day because i couldnt go yesterday but still. I GOT A 13.0 in the 100 sprint. it suckked. but ya know the first time running sence last yearr i think i was okay. Plus only like 5 out of 30 people got better than me. so im proud.
