OH BOY!
So the new babe was finally born, and my sister is ecstatic. I hear he is gorgeous, and I am happy that I only have a couple of weeks to wait to see for myself. He was born on April 21st, her due date! He weighs 7 lb 12 oz, and was 19 1/2 inches long. Sounds like me when I was born...not to mention exactly three months away from my birthday in July. I can hardly wait. I hear my niece, Alyssa, is being a protective older sister already! She keeps asking for me, and she tells me to visit her when I speak to her on the phone.
I have some exams coming up, and a ten page art history paper in spanish due...which I am basically finished with as of yesterday morning...thanks to Mary Katherine for leaving her comp with me for the weekend!
The weather is great here, and YES, I AM going back to a beach next weekend....I am going to an island in portugal with MK and Janet, and some other girls...should be fun, and might be my last trip while I am here....how sad! As anxious as I am to get back to my old life, I can´t help but think of how sad I will be to leave my new life behind..here in Spain.
