Hello, this is all very exciting isn't it, Salazar has shown me how to use this, I think he just got vexed with me peering over his shoulder to see what he was doing. So this is a non majick contraption, works like a scroll exchange or something of that ilk ( Read more... )

WHY MUST PEOPLE KEEP RETURNING FROM THE DEAD.

For those of us who have never been dead it's very confusing! And Seamus! He's like a walking magnet for dead people! Ancient dead people! Ones who have been dead for thousands of years! It makes no sense, I tell you, I think I shall blame Seamus, can I blame Seamus? Or perhaps I should blame Merlin, after all isn't he the one who found you?

...All right, I think I feel rather better now. Hallo, I'm Ginny Weasley, I was also in Gryffindor House when I was at Hogwarts. I'm still working on getting over the shock of actually meeting most of the Founders so beg pardon if I come off as more than a bit mad.

That's quite alright I quite like the mad ones. Oh well it's nice to see that my lot get everywhere even in the oldest profession in the world. It must be rather nippy in that shirt but I imagine working as a Harlot must give you some advantages and power. *chuckles* You seem more Salazar's sort but I imagine you have some fire in your belly. And firm courage? You seem a nice lass it's a pleasure to meet you

...Why must everyone mention the shirt? I like that icon, thank you very much. There, is this one better? -.-

...Slytherin, eh? Why might that be? *amused*

We Weasleys are known for our tempers. ^_~

Well its just simply that the shirt did make you look of a certain profession, but it is my mistake. The slytherin part was subterfuge and power through said profession *smiles*

Ah a good temper always makes life interesting *grins*

You are aware of course that in this day and age women generally take being called a harlot as an insult and often cause some sort of bodily harm to whoever it is that called them such a foul name. *raises eyebrow*

Indeed it does.

Oh! No I wasn't...why is that? Some of my friends were harlots they were fun to go drinking with. Could always hold their liquor and knew the best jokes.

Because regardless of what it meant then, "harlot" is now the equivalent of "whore" and no woman appreciates being called a prostitute.

I do like to think I hold my liquor well though. ^_~

Oh no they were very much whores but I suppose swapping colourful jokes and drinks with them for so long, it colours you a little so you assume that by this time, it is nothing truly that shameful. I do apologise my misunderstanding had simpy come from your manner of dress, as you can tell I'm still getting used to how people dress here, it is indeed extremely varied and colourful or as Salazar would put it indecent. But I saw a man with hair in a single row almost a foot high! It really is quite extraordinary how things have changed.

A women who can hold her liquor is always great fun.

Judging by your icons one might guess that you didn't wear clothes at all. *grin* And that would've been a mohawk. Fascinating, isn't it, the things Muggles come up with.

I like to think I am, yes.
