I can't stop scratching
So...apparently I am allergic to SOMETHING.
My father thinks I am having a reaction to the single shrimp I had the other night.
I itch from the top of my head (literally....my ears are swollen, blotchy and welty) to my feet. I am red, hot to the touch, blotchy, and covered in welts that appear to be coming and going. Last night it started with my back and moved to my stomach. Today it's my hips, knees, shoulders, arms, neck, and head. It seems to always start off with a spot that appear that looks like a mosquito bite, which then spreads around the area. It may last all day. It may go away in an hour.
I haven't been playing outside so I haven't gotten into anything like poison ivy. It isn't oozy like poison ivy either. The only thing I ate while we were in New Orleans that isn't anything I wouldn't normally eat is the one shrimp I ate Wednesday night. I used my own soap, shampoo, and lotion while there. And all this started Thursday afternoon and hasn't gone away yet.
So I either have the nastiest invisible mosquito known to man stalking my every move, or I am having an allergic reaction to something.
This sucks. What a great way to spend the latter half of my vacation.
