In movies and TV shows, people are always making out in elevators. Maybe they got stuck between floors or something. Whatever lame scenario it takes, this is a reasonably common occurance in fictional world. I didn't think any real people actually did that. I mean, elevators are a pretty public space, and unless you're stuck between floors you run the risk of someone walking in on you. Nobody really does that, do they?
YES. evidently some students at Bemidji State do. And I pushed the button for the elevator and interrupted them. Hmmm. It was very hard not to giggle mercilessly while all three of us were in the elevator (I was going down to use the tunnel, they were picking up their various belongings from all over the damn floor...) but I resisted the temptation. Sheesh people! It's just a little snow! Get a dorm room! And they looked so darn guilty when I walked in, like it was unheard of for anyone to use the elevator. Gasp! People in a public place? I never would have guessed...
