Shortest Round of Counseling Evar

Since September-ish(?) I've been in counseling for a particularly deep depression that hit me some time in late 2011 or so and was really bad earlier this summer. This particular counselor was recommended to me by my chiropractor, and even though there haven't been that many sessions, she has been very helpful ( Read more... )

If it was only something I could afford (which atm, isn't a lot really), I'd look into some serious counseling for myself. My manic/depressive mostly cured nature has been chewing on the depressive side quite a lot lately. Of course, a lot of it could also just be my health, which has been argumentative this past year. so many things to think about, so little brainpower available for thinking. :P

If your job has an EAP (Employee Assistance Program), they might be able to help. :)
