So, last time we did this challenge in this community I posted a 10 lbs in 10 days challenge. I actually ended up losing about 7 all together from start to the very very end. I was fairly impressed.
New challenge: 10 lbs in 20 days (bout 3/4 lbs a week).
Rules:
* Don't fast 100%. Pick a diet plan and stick to it.
* No "cheat days"
* Drink lots of water, no soda!
* No coffee, only tea
* Diet plan should be lean protein and fruits/veggies
* Try to stay under 300 cals a day
* EXCERCISE (at least 5 times a week)
* NO SALT
My Diet:
1. Breakfast (We must eat breakfast, people!): 2 egg whites + 1 serving of a complex carb (any suggestions?)
2. Lunch: 2 cups steamed broccoli
3. Dinner: 1 serving fish or 2 egg whites + citrus fruit
Snacks: Green tea and lots of water.
I was on this kind of diet on my vacation. I was eating, but small meals throughout the day cause I was traveling and sleeping with my BF, so I couldn't binge at night. It worked. I weighed LESS when I came back!
