Clubs week is over at last! Huzzah! I don't think I could have stood another day. I slept from ten last night till eleven this morning and I am still dead tired. The Meeting/gathering last night went wonderfully though. Everyone I spoke to said the had had a wonderful time and were definitely coming along again. :D It makes all the work this week worth it. We managed to get 31 sign ups this week with a few more expected in the next week or two. and a dozen or so seem really keen. Thanks to all you guys who helped out.

Now stress levels should decline back to about normal levels. tutorial readings look set to be the curse of my life this year. you'd think that two level three history papers would have about the same amount of reading between them, but not at UoA. My Wild West paper's course reader is Twice the size of my medieval mentalities paper, something which is both extremely daunting when back up by a heavily american accented professor and heavy to carry around. Have spent the whole morning trying to get through my readings for tutorials on monday.

Spending tomorrow sewing with M. will be a lovley way to de-stress at the end of the week. Going to work on fixing up my corset tomorrow. It's slightly too long for my torso atm and sits oddly because of it. Then I'll be getting onto making a farthingale and petticoats for my tudor gear. :D Yay for Mary Queen of Scots! I also want to get onto making some chopines, because I have this lovely picture of a Venetian woman from the late 1570's (my userpic) who is obviously wearing them and has a most ridiculous hairdo. I can't help but want to make it! especially the silly ruffs. :P Some of the new sign ups have already said they would like to some to sewing on sundays so we may have some more attendees soon. Yay!

I'm being kidnapped off to Waiwera soon by my Boy. Such a nice fellow. So this evening should be lovely and relaxing, readying me for the rush back to being a full time student etc. Wah! *hides from that thought* Realised today that I am about halfway through my uni life at the end of this year. another scary thought. Still I wouldn't change it. I sometimes wonder if I will ever get sick of studying and want to leave. I hope not!
