Peace Corp Volunteers
To any Peace Corp Volunteers who happen to land upon this entry:
Is it worth joining the peace corp if you get Malaria or some other life changing disease?
I have been eyeing the peace corp on and off since my freshman year of college, and now it has almost been a year since I graduated from college, and am still checking the peace corp webpage every so often.
I just can't let go of it but I also haven't seemed to just do it (apply I mean). The diseases thing is my one major concern and fear. But I long so much to live in another country, to see something different, and to make a difference....
