Watching my kids playing with old Fisher Price Toys (a couple of repros and one actually old toy) kinda makes me giddy.
Last winter, I started by both getting Electric Company DVD's and keeping on with the Muppets Show collection for the older two and a repro of the Chatter Telephone.

Course, for the moment the younger two aren't so much playing the music as much as finding imaginative things to do with the plastic 'records'. In the weekend that I have had it, they have been layed out like stove burners (middle kid put play pots on them), bitten into like sandwiches, put into the shoebox to 'mail', the baby likes to put them in and out of the slot of the player, then put them on her head, and the eldest has been figuring out how the who mechanism works in the needle.
I do want to mention that if you get the repro of any of these, the stickers are a bit fickle about not peeling off the plastic- cords are alot shorter too due to regulations (no coilies on the phone and you really have to be a crawler to 'walk' the dog, I think"
These were no biggie to me-then again, still ticked off that See and Says are all battery operated now (and tiny, and generally overcomplicated) The eldest had the last blast of the record style ones, where I could stratch at it like a DJ. "The cow say M M M MMMMMooooo"
