Throttle Someone
So I learned today that the gibbled, obviously injured in some way, chihuahua that came with the other dogs from the north, was smashed against a wall by a drunk guy. That's what's wrong with him. The owner dumped him in a box on our rescue contacts door the next day. He had actually died, and then someone bothered to resuscitate him, but then he was dumped off in a box at Tammy's door. Apparently, having phoned to find out what happened, so Yuana can tell the vet and they can have a better idea of how to treat him, Tammy gave them some choice words.
A guy, smashed him against a wall, because he thought it would be fun. And then Lego's owner (gaurdian, person who's supposed to love him) gets rid of him. I am thoroughly disgusted. I am sad. I am engraged.
I have something to say to those of you out there who think it's nothing to do something like that to an animal. Who think it's fun.
First of all, you're bordering on being a sociopath, get a fucking shrink and some meds. Second: you are diminished as a person because you believe that it's okay to hurt a fellow sentient being who is innocent and helpless against you. Frankly, I don't care that you ARE diminishing yourself, but it involves cruelty to animals, so it matters to me. Personally, I'd like to spit on you and do various unsavory things to you. Only YOU would have a chance to fight back wouldn't you, YOU would have some power, unlike the animals that you decide are there for you to do with as you please. If I could have my way, you would not have any power, you would feel what it is like to be helpless and at someone elses mercy. I would make the lesson keen and lingering. I would hope to be in your nightmares.
For the rest of you who think animals are beneath us just because they can't paint (elephants can actually), or create what WE call music, or fathom a financial world (whoop dee fuckin doo, it's OUR downfall you morons)......For THOSE people with those small minds, I hope you contract a disease that eats slowly away at your brain and central nervous system. I want you to die a slow aware death so you can learn what its like to be truly helpless. Then we'll see who the 'dumb animal' is.
