I need to bike more often.
You know why? Because I feel like I've been kicked in the crotch by a clydesdale (spelling?) and I nearly fell down the stairs after I got home. Nice day for it at any rate. Biking that is. The other two thrilling activities can be done on any day of the week. I guess the moral of the story is that it pays to have a seat that is comfortable...and stay away from horses and stairs. Mad, save me a truffle!!!
