so yesterday i eat all the pies! 2200 cals and this morning id still lost a bit of weight! i'm now in the 9.2s which is a bit of a faster drop than i would like so ill eat all the pies again today in an attempt to level it out a bit
I did run 5km and do a 30 min muscle workout on the wii but even so was a bit surprised!
I am going to the gym tonight for the first time in ages, should be fun and ive done 35 mins of yoga on the wii :) bring on the fit and healthy me
