Does anybody know what this means or how to do it? It's really frustrating that I can't see pictures because so much fanart is uploaded to lj. :( This was the solution to the problem, but I have no idea what he's talking about or what to do:
The most likely cause of your problem is that your browser or firewall is set to block images from sources other than the host unless they have been explicitly allowed. Images from a user's ScrapBook are hosted on pics.livejournal.com. Please make sure that your browser and/or firewall is set to allow images to display from this domain.
