An Ode To Ryan Wilson
I would like to devote this post to the good man Ryan J. WIlson.
Ryan has been a good friend of mine the entire time I have been employed at the auburn Dairy Queen. His intellectual humor and cheery disposition (thats right, like mary poppins) have always enlightened my shifts. He has always been a good shoulder to lean on as well as an excellent guy to talk to about politics lol. Ryan also has an extremely extended vocabulary. it was he who first introduced me to the much-used "fucktard". He has also forced me to broaden my horizons in the workplace by encouraging the spanish language during work. Outside of the workplace though, Ryan is a very creative and artistic soul. Ryan has made his own movies and they are amazing. For example, SAVING PRIVATE RYAN WILSON was an intense, moving film, shot right here in maine. Ryan has also introduced me to several different bands that I had once never heard of. Were it not for him, I would never have discovered the beauty of bands like AFI and Arcade Fire. I do not know a lot of the history behind Ryan's life, but i do know this: he has an adorable dog, his car is a Black Pontiac Sunfire, and last summer, he couldn't find his DVD copy of FRIED GREEN TOMATOES for a good month, until it mysteriously turned up in his DVD player, even though he had checked it thoroughly. So thank you Ryan Wilson. *thumbs up* for your outstanding contribution to my life, and the lives of many others.
ps. just so everyone knows, ryan is not dead or anything. i just wanted to make a tribute to him and his awesomeness. :-D if anyone else wants a tribute just give me a shout out lol <3
