Tescos (Or its good to be EVIL)
Okay I have a tescos pay as you go sim card, or I did. I've lost my phone somewhere and contacted tescos to get the sim and number blocked. In my mind, cheap sim card, pay as you go... I wipe the cost of the phone and the ammount of the card, swear a bit and go out to tescos on thursday to buy a replacement.
Tescos, the Evil empire built on the Scopio lines (Simpsons reference), responce was as follows:
1) Sim card blocked and phone cancelled. I had to give a couple of phone numbers and prove I was me. They blocked the sim card and number attached.
2) They are sending me out a replacement sim card (pay as you go with my current balance and the same number).
3) They are sending me £50+ of phone vouchers so I can buy myself a new phone...
It was just a pay as you go sim card... why all the service...

Damn them for having excelent customer service.
