Wiping the dust off
Dear LJ: how I have missed you. I forgot my password when my computer crashed a year ago, and I only just remembered it. How are you? What have you been up to? I'm good, thanks. I am currently at my work XMAS party, avoiding everyone like the plague since I have only been here for 3 weeks... soon there will be strippers. And pizza. I am looking forward to the pizza far more. And can I just say: I hate blokey tradie culture! A bunch of guys who spend all day with other guys for years on end and forget how to treat women with respect, have decent manners, and not be complete fucking arseholes. Which is kinda mean to about 50% of the people here... whatever. I'm outta here within 6 months (hopefully sooner). Not that its a bad job... just really not my scene. Times like these I actually miss the bottleshop.
