Ah ok, so My chemical Romance, Coheed and Cambria, Armor for sleep and a whole bunch of great bands are just leading kids into depression, despair and lonelines?
yeabuwa? umm where the hell are you guys getting your research from? Catholics anonymous. Have you ever been to anyone of these bands shows? Do you have any idea how pumped or uplifted or just all around happy this music gets people?
The therapist is completely stupid, these kids that are interviewed are completely fake, the reporters completely idiotic....did they bother interviewing you know the actual members of the bands instead of just basically attacking them like they did? Did people forget that music for the most part is metaphorical or just telling a story?
Its just as if someone hit the world with a stupid stick.
To finish this rant I would like to state that none of the bands mentioned in this horrible report fall under 'emo' but most likely alternative and the songs played in the report are actually taken horribly out of context.
Stef, Joey, Tommy, Jeff, Brie, hell even lisa (because you know if they knew about MSI during this "report" Jimmy would have been dragged under the bus with them) you should all get a huge kick out of this.
