trying to do a cafepress shop but i am clearly an idiot cos i have no fucking idea what i am doing. i domt' know how to edit the pics to fit on it, i have no idea how to make products properly. its crap!
BUT i can order as many items for myself as i want, with my own image, to then sell on at whitby and so on, so that's something.

don't know about the workings of cafepress, but...

i'm guessing you're wanting to do cafepress for marketing in the US, but have you looked at the UK equivalent? I seem to remember hearing that transatlantic shipping for CafePress is prohibitive (like $56 for a mug or something ridiculous).

Check out eQuisto or T-Shirt Studio (they do mugs) for UK-ness.

really? i hadn't heard that! but thanks :) will check them out tho t shirts weren't what i was going for. it was more mousemats and cards and things

found where i found it: the award winning Mr. Charles Stross and it was total $65 for 6 mugs.

not sure latter can have a shop? whixch is a shame, cos they're cheapter than the first place. but will try and explore them more cos they do PUZZLES! how cool! and keyrings and so on.

i think you're right - sorry - prob why they are cheaper. could you set up to take orders via your page and then get them made them on demand and delivered straight to the customer?

i made a t-shirt there once but changed my mind because it was too naff.
