Chronology Note:
Look, it breaks my brain for all of New Directions to be Juniors and for Blaine to be a Junior AND a grade ahead of Kurt, not to mention the fact that somehow Westerville, which is about two hours from Lima, is now apparently right next door. SO THESE THINGS ARE NOT TRUE. IT IS TOO DIFFICULT TO FATHOM.

GEOGRAPHICAL LOGISITICS:
The Andersons' mansion is in the middle of nowhere somewhere between Bellefontaine and Columbus. They have an apartment in Columbus (Old Beechwold). Bellefontaine has an airport which they use regularly. Their mansion is approximately 45 minutes to an hour away from Westerville and Dalton Academy; hence Blaine boarding. They are also approximately the same distance from Lima. This is why they have now bought an apartment in Lima for Blaine during the school week. (It's not too long a drive, but he does have to be at McKinley by 7:15 in the morning) Blaine still goes home a lot, since he doesn't have to deal with Dalton's curfew and stuff. Also he and Kurt have not told the Hudmels that Blaine has an apartment basically to himself.
"The Lima Bean" is indeed a coffee shop in Lima. It is also a chain of IDENTICAL coffee shops which originated in Lima. There is one in Westerville and one approximately halfway between Lima and Westerville as well as one in Lima. Kurt and Blaine meet at all three.
