I know I am probably not the first, but I haven't seen any other Brewmasters yet, at least on Alliance. Since I bought 2 of the costume pieces, as well as Brew of the Month last year, I was able to get the title today. Btw, you can refund the costume pieces after you get the achievement if you want. That's how I bought the Elekk ;)
