Salty and I got a couple of boxes of the new card set, Wrathgate. I was surprised by the number of Draenei cards, I guess I figured they'd be scarce since they are in the in-game Northrend. But there are quite a few, and some really nice ones at that.
Now, I didn't hit the RNG jackpot, but Salty did surprise me and buy the Blazing Hippogryph for me. This is after I confessed to already getting one for my future Warlock... heh heh, oops. But really, it's a perfect Warlock flying mount.
It's not rideable in no-fly zones currently, at least Dalaran, and its tooltip says 280% even though I have 310 flying, I'm not sure if it's a tooltip error or it doesn't actually scale, since the text says that it scales with riding skill. It's a gorgeous maroon color, with purple and yellow on the wings, here's a top view in-flight:
While at first glance it seems the same as the Cenarion and Argent Hippogryphs, it seems to have a slightly different model. When standing, its wings are held lower and also has a unique "roaring" animation where it crouches down. Here's a picture mid-roar:
This should also give you an idea of its scale, though I don't know if it changes based on your race.
