[Previously, on Luceti, Wesley Wyndham-Pryce woke up in the body of one Miss Bellwether. Miss Bellwether likes bunnies, and knows lots of bunnies. Wesley does not know bunnies, he knows demons, and he does not like being a girl. Thus, members of Luceti may notice a panicked-looking Bellwether sprinting in an un-ladylike fashion through town, ( Read more... )

[Okita had been on his way to the store when the bunny tidal crested over the hill and came speeding toward him.]

This isn't good.

[You'll find yourself in a sea of bunnies if you stay there. "Bellwether" sprints straight past you.]

Excuse me! Why are you running from--

[And woosh bunnies, he's sidestepping and trying to get past them, but uh fail, so he starts running with Bellweather]

Why are they chasing you?

[Conversation whilst running = strange. Fortunately bunnies are not such fantastic sprinters that they need to run flat out.]

Oh! It's you!

Sorry, I'm a bit off today - normally I'm Wesley Wyndham-Pryce, you, ah, wrote in my journal last night, when I was so rudely drunk. Thank you, by the way. I'm sorry if I was impolite.

[Yes, he totally ignored the question.]

[Bunnies are indeed not that fantastic of sprinters, but they are quite tenacious.]

Oh! Hello! I'm Okita Souji. It's nice to finally meet you and no worries~

[And sidestepping to avoid a particularly fast bunny.]

But really. Why are they chasing you?

At your service, Mr. Souji.

[When fast bunnies reach "Bellwether," they seem to attempt to jump onto "her" in a bunny version of a hug.]

That's a, erm, rather interesting story. No doubt you've noticed the recent epidemic of body switching?

[Snap, Wesley's last name is really long and is going to be hard to say for him.]

Oh, right, Western order. Ah... Souji Okita then.

[Watches the bunny try to attach to Bellwether and blinks.]

Yes, if your current appearance is any indication. ...do the bunnies like her?

Oh, my sincerest apologies. Mr. Okita. Usually I'm a bit better at remembering those sorts of things.

Yes, to an alarming extreme. They all attempted to stop by and say hello, and as I am unfamiliar with bunnies and how to interact with them, they, erm . . .

Well they either think I'm mad at them and need a hug, or that we're playing a game, or they understand that I'm not actually Miss Bellwether and are attempting to torture me for information.

Oh, please don't worry about it. I don't expect everyone to know.

...I don't think bunnies torture people for information?

You never know. Some of them could be Gre'knual demons in disguise. Or other-dimensional rabbits with advanced intelligence. Or something.

[Forgive the poor guy, he's not at his best right now.]

...Greknewal?

Ooooh, smart bunnies! Smart bunnies might be fun!

[It's okay, Wes, Okita has no idea wtf you're talking about anyway♥]

[Automatically:] Gre-knual demons disguise themselves as cute domesticated animals, such as cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, ferrets, songbirds, etc., in order to be played with and even adopted by small children and their families. Once a regular play time is established they will spend the time slowly devouring the life-force of their host children, who will grow weak and - [Wait, what? Fun?]

Smart bunnies might want to torture me to find out where their friend went to!

[That all went right over his head because he doesn't want to think about demon bunnies. He heard 'demons turn into cute animals whee' instead.]

Why not just tell them to look for your body since she'll be in there?

[Aww, don't give him logic, let him run for his life a bit more.]

Do you really think that would work?

I wouldn't want to upset or possibly harm Miss Bellwether by accident.

[Huuuuur, kay.]

I don't know. Either it would work, or the bunnies would tear you limb from limb.
