18th Edict [Voice]
[The audio feed is full of static when it turns on with a humming click. In the backgroung, one cane hear the jarring sound of howling wind, loud enough that it's drowning out the sounds of most everything else to the point that Shouryuu has to actively raise his voice to talk over the noise of the brewing storm.]
For those of you willing to brave venturing outside, the Xanadu area seems to be relatively unaffected - if at all - by any of these--what did you call them?--plagues, in comparison to the rest of the City. There's fresh water to be found there, and it's free of insects, as far as I've seen, though I can't say how or why.

We're leaving. As soon as Tora and I get back to the apartment, we're heading for Xanadu, so pack up your things--and only bring what you absolutely need. I don't particularly like the looks of the storm that seems to be coming in, and I'm not going to wait for it to get worse - or for the insects to return, for that matter. The wind seems to have chased them off for the time being. We should make use of it.
Tianzi, you are free to stay here or come with us, if you wish. It's up to you.
And Kantai -- would you be willing to assist us in moving? I'm afraid we're rather shorthanded this time around, and we could use some help carrying supplies.
