And Another One
A tall, young, and awkward boy gradually sat up, the pain in his head subsiding, still sensing the pop from the gun that he shot himself with. Just after the blast, he hit his head on a tree ... Moritz intended on dying cleanly but he mused that maybe that was impossible. At any rate, Moritz opened his eyes, expecting to be in purgatory as that was what happened to those who killed themselves, but he saw bright lights and even trees and blue skies and a large metal gate.
"Where in the world am I?" he thought to himself. He deserved to be in between Heaven and Hell, not some place with pretty trees and blue sky. Moritz picked himself up and walked through the gate, hoping to find someone or some indication of where he was.
