i. a.i.
yeah, so i've been trying to keep up with the happenings in american idol, because i find david archuleta kinda cute. a lot of people think he's gay. people think this way because of his choice of songs. he's good with ballads and power/glory notes and he's sticking to what he's good at. but really, i don't think it's right to make assumptions about his sexuality based on the songs he sings. and anyway, his dad is the one who gives him the list of songs he could sing. so maybe his dad is the gay one. natch!
ii. books
when i was out of work and needed to get out of the house or i'll kill myself with boredom, i was lucky to find some books that i really wanted to read. i didn't know how i'd pay for them. but yeah. here are some books i bought and read during that brief and uneventful time.
i hope to complete the griffin & sabine saga. if i time buying them, i'd probably get them really cheap. so far, national bookstore has the cheapest. and if they have a sale, i could get them for 20% off just like the two i bought (the first and last in the series). grimm fairytales are weird. interesting, though. and some are definitely meant to scare children. germans, talaga. gay adolescent series are okay. the rainbow trilogy is good for confused boys (and girls na rin). infinite crisis is cheap in fully booked. hehe! nice story, too.
